Northside Social and Cherry Hill Park

Northside Social and Cherry Hill Park

We can’t believe it is August already! We tried out a new cafe and playground combo recommended to us by a local artist showing her work at Rare Bird Coffee!

Insights

  1. We enjoyed our breakfast at Northside Social’s Falls Church location. This cafe serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner within a fairly expansive building with multiple outdoor terraces.

  2. Northside Social appears to have a really great menu and is a great place for families and also outings without children!

  3. Cherry Hill park is on the site of an old farmhouse, nestled within some really great trees. Some of the trees on site have been turned into a natural set of play equipment. It’s amazing how much fun my children have on a couple of large logs.

  4. The playground has a nice mix of equipment, including a climbing net, a ship seesaw, and a variety of other climbing structures.

  5. This looks like a great place for a picnic and volleyball!

A historic farmhouse backdrop for fun!
